Katia, or Mama Katia, as everyone calls her, is completely dedicated to make people happy, not only at work, but everywhere she goes. She is like a mother for the people that work with her and have had the chance to know her and learn from her, and more than a mother to her children and her two grand-children. Katia is dedicated, diligent and caring, always ready to offer a hand or two when needed. She likes traveling, meeting people and trying foods from different regions, going to the theater to see a play or a good film. She is open and always ready to listen and to talk, spontaneously but respectfully, like any good dialogged should be.

Bio:
Katia is a Lawyer specialized in Family Law and with extensive experience in the public sector, particularly as a consultant for different government agencies. She worked with the Colombian Government for over 18 years in various management, consulting and professional positions, particularly focused on government contracting. She has also been a professor and lecturer in various universities, in the areas of Managerial, Commercial, and lab our Law.
Katia worked as a legal advisor for collection agencies and a Public Hospital, from which she had the opportunity to enter the city’s Public Health Department where she accumulated valuable experience in the government contracting industry.
Katia is now founder and manager of Outsourrce IT, a sister company of Torrenegra EU dedicated to provide the best work setting for technical and technological development groups that require a complete and highly reliable telecommunications infrastructure.
